Dr. Tina Frizzell-Jenkins, also known as Coach Tina FJ, is an ICF-certified executive and business coach, dedicated to transforming coaching into a revenue-generating asset. As the visionary behind the AHA Coaching program and the founder of JTI, LLC, she equips coaches and entrepreneurs with the AIM Framework—Asset Monetization, Innovative Leadership, and Mastery in Client Engagement—helping them scale their impact, increase their income, and build a lasting legacy.
A retired NASA engineer with over 30 years of experience, Coach Tina spent six years managing NASA Goddard’s internal and external executive coaching benches, working with federal and state leaders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs to enhance leadership, communication, and business growth strategies.
She has worked extensively with clients on:

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Coach Tina continues to redefine coaching excellence.
A native Washingtonian, she resides in Maryland with her high school sweetheart and husband, Willis. They have been married 40+ years and have two adult daughters. Their family shares a love for Maryland crabs and homemade chocolate chip cookies.
